Custom watercolor of your home

This is a made to order, one of a kind, hand crafted item. You will receive a start date once your order is placed. If you wish to cancel your order you will have until the start date to do so for a full refund. If you are at all dissatisfied with your artwork, I will refund you the item cost in full once the item has been returned at your own expense. As I am the artist, I retain all rights to my work and if you choose to return an item any images of said item are my property and can only be distributed at my consent. Please be advised that a returned item may be used on my website as public access as you have forfeit any rights to the work by canceling your purchase to those rights. I have the right to use any custom work on my page unless specifically requested by purchaser to keep the work private.

Once you place your order, I will email you within 24 hours to start the custom process. The email will include a start date for the item. I will ask for any images pertaining to the order to be submitted via email to the same address. the shipping date will depend on when I receive all necessary images. Typically, apart from holidays, it takes 2 weeks from the date your order is placed to the day you receive it. I will give you any updates as needed, and you can request a progress report at any time.
